You can enjoy your picnic anywhere that allows it, parks, viewpoints, lakesides, trails, or even your own backyard.
Many guests explore around Calgary, nearby mountain areas, or scenic spots just outside the city. We also include a guide with curated location ideas and inspiration to help you plan your adventure.
Please always follow local bylaws and rules for your chosen location.
At booking, you will select your desired pickup/drop off location (either Calgary SW or Black Diamond).
If you would like to arrange an alternate pickup/drop off location, please let us know and we will do our very best to meet your needs.
You’ll select your pickup and return time when booking.

- Return everything by 8:00 PM the same day unless pre-arranged
If you need a different return time, just let us know ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Everything is designed so you can just pick up and go.
We work closely with local artisan partners to offer a variety of options. We can accommodate most dietary restrictions and allergies.

No. We do not provide or sell alcohol.
Guests may bring their own alcoholic beverages where legally permitted. It is the guest’s responsibility to follow all laws and regulations and ensure alcohol is allowed at their chosen location.
If severe weather makes your picnic unsafe or unsuitable, we will happily reschedule your booking at no extra charge (subject to availability).
Light rain or changing conditions do not automatically qualify for rescheduling, but we understand Alberta weather can be unpredictable and will always try to help where we can.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak seasons. Availability is limited and bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. While we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.
Late returns may affect other bookings. If you are running late, please contact us right away.
Uncommunicated late returns may be treated as unreturned baskets and charged accordingly. We always prefer communication so we can work with you.
Full payment, along with a $50 refundable damage deposit, is required at the time of booking to reserve your picnic experience.
Once your booking is confirmed, your date is secured and we begin preparing your curated picnic basket and artisan selections.
Please note that our cancellation policy still applies after booking, as outlined in our terms.
Guests are also responsible for any lost, damaged, or unreturned items, including all basket contents and equipment. Replacement charges may apply where necessary.
Once basket is returned undamaged, your $50 deposit will be refunded. Normal wear and tear will never result in deposit deductions.

At this time, baskets are designed as same-day experiences. Extended rentals may be available upon request depending on availability.
