Booking & Process

We require a minimum of 3 days' notice for all bookings. For weekends and holidays — especially during Calgary's summer season — we strongly recommend booking 1–2 weeks in advance, as popular slots fill quickly.

Within 24 hours, one of our team members will contact you by email to confirm availability, go over details, and send your invoice. Payment is collected only after your booking is confirmed — no charge at the time of the request.

Absolutely! Every picnic can be customized — themes, décor colours, menu, and add-ons. Just let us know your vision in the special requests field when booking. We love bringing unique ideas to life.

Classic bookings include a 2-hour window. Deluxe and Romance packages include 3 hours. Extend your time with our +$40/hour add-on. Group and corporate events have custom windows.

Pricing & Payment

Our Classic Picnic starts at $89 for two guests. The Deluxe Picnic starts at $159 for up to four. The Romance Package starts at $229 for two. Group & Corporate events are quoted custom. See all pricing at our packages page.

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via secure payment link, plus Interac e-Transfer. Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving your confirmation to secure your booking.

Full refund — more than 72 hours before your booking.
50% refund — 24–72 hours before your booking.
No refund — less than 24 hours prior.
Weather-related cancellations initiated by us always result in a full credit or refund.

Food & Dietary

Yes — completely. We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, halal, kosher, and dairy-free requirements. Tell us at booking and we'll build a menu that works perfectly for everyone at your table.

Whenever possible, yes. We partner with local Calgary-area farmers, bakeries, and producers to source fresh, seasonal ingredients. This supports our community and ensures exceptional quality.

Locations & Weather

We regularly set up at Prince's Island Park, St. Patrick's Island, Fish Creek Provincial Park, Nose Hill Park, Edworthy Park, Bowness Park, Baker Park, River Park, and many more. We can also set up at private residences, backyards, rooftops, and custom locations. View all locations.

Yes! We love doing extended-area experiences. Canmore and the Banff area offer some of the most spectacular backdrops imaginable — think the Three Sisters, Vermilion Lakes, or Bow Falls as your dining room. We also serve Kananaskis Country, Cochrane, Airdrie, Okotoks, and Chestermere. Contact us for custom pricing on out-of-Calgary bookings.

Calgary weather can be unpredictable! We monitor forecasts obsessively. In the event of rain, thunderstorms, or extreme conditions, we proactively reach out to offer a free reschedule, an indoor venue alternative, or a full refund. We always have a Plan B and you'll never be left without options.

Our outdoor season runs May through October. For indoor events and private venue setups during the off-season, please reach out — we're happy to discuss options for beautiful year-round experiences.
